The Role
We're seeking a seasoned Talent Sourcing Partner with a focus on the IT Resource Augmentation industry to join our growing team. You'll be the mastermind behind identifying top IT talent, playing a vital role in fulfilling our client's project needs. This is a fast-paced, strategic role where you'll leverage your expertise to build a robust sourcing pipeline of qualified developers.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with recruiters and account managers to understand upcoming IT resource augmentation projects and specific developer requirements.
- Conduct in-depth research to identify the most effective sourcing channels for each project, considering online platforms, developer communities, niche job boards, and passive candidate pools.
- Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies using various techniques, Boolean search queries, social media recruiting, and networking
- Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals across diverse skill sets and experience levels.
- Pre-screen potential candidates, assess their technical capabilities and cultural fit, and qualify them for further evaluation by recruiters.
- Continuously source and build a high-quality talent pool within the IT resource augmentation space, ensuring a steady stream of qualified developers.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest IT skill sets, technologies, and industry trends within the resource augmentation space
- Analyze sourcing metrics and reports to measure the effectiveness of your strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Proactively research and recommend new sourcing tools and technologies to optimize the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Talent Sourcing, preferably within the IT Resource Augmentation industry.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and sourcing top IT talent for various project requirements.
- Strong understanding of IT recruitment methodologies and best practices within the resource augmentation space.
- In-depth knowledge of online recruiting tools, Boolean search techniques, and social media recruiting strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with internal teams and potential candidates.
- A passion for sourcing and building high-quality talent pipelines
- Proactive, resourceful, and highly organized with a strong work ethic and a data-driven approach
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) a plus.
