The Role:

We're seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent to fuel our continued success. This is a full-cycle recruiting role, where you'll be involved in every stage of the process, from understanding hiring needs to onboarding new hires.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and define ideal candidate profiles.
  • Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels, including online platforms (LinkedIn, niche developer communities), employee referrals, and attending industry events.
  • Craft compelling job descriptions and interview questions that accurately reflect each position's requirements and AugmntX's culture.
  • Screen resumes and applications, identify the most suitable candidates, and shortlist them for interviews
  • Conduct phone and video interviews, utilizing effective questioning techniques to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the interview process, scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Extend offers to successful candidates, negotiate salaries and benefits packages, and guide them through the onboarding process.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest recruiting trends and best practices, continuously improving our recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the process, building a positive employer brand for AugmntX.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent in the tech industry (developers, engineers, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Adept at using recruiting software and applicant tracking systems (ATMs).
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • A passion for building high-performing teams and AugmntX's mission to connect exceptional developers.
