Job Description:

SuperLabs is seeking an experienced and results-driven Key Accounts Manager to join our team. As a Key Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving strategic growth opportunities. This role requires a dynamic individual with exceptional communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. Understand clients' business needs and objectives, ensuring SuperLabs' solutions align with their strategic goals.

  • Account Expansion: Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional products or services. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of key clients.

  • Strategic Planning: Work closely with the executive team to develop and execute strategic account plans. Identify market trends and competitive dynamics to formulate effective strategies for client retention and growth.

  • Issue Resolutions: Address and resolve client concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promptly and effectively address client issues and enhance service delivery.

  • Performance Tracking & Reporting Monitor key account metrics and performance indicators. Provide regular reports to leadership on account health, opportunities, and potential challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in key account management, sales, or business development.

  • Strong understanding of the [industry/technology] sector and market dynamics.
