The Role
We're seeking a results-oriented Inside Sales Associate with a strong understanding of the IT Resource Augmentation industry to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in driving sales growth by qualifying leads, nurturing client relationships, and converting prospects into satisfied customers.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify inbound leads generated through various channels (website, marketing campaigns) to identify potential clients with IT resource augmentation needs.
- Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand client pain points, project requirements, and ideal developer profiles
- Craft compelling presentations and proposals that showcase the value proposition of AugmntX's services in solving client's specific resource augmentation challenges.
- Negotiate and close deals with qualified leads, securing new client contracts within the IT resource augmentation space.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to qualification, proposal presentation, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Collaborate with the Account Management team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified clients and successful project execution.
- Track and report on key sales metrics (call conversion rates, lead response times, deal size) to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and AugmntX's service offerings within the IT resource augmentation space.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales or a related role, preferably within the IT Resource Augmentation industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue goals.
- In-depth understanding of the IT recruitment landscape, resource augmentation models, and the challenges faced by companies seeking top IT talent.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle and experience with qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT, CHAMP) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Salesforce or other CRM systems.
