Job Description:

SuperLabs is currently hiring a Finance Associate who will play a key role in supporting financial operations, reporting, and analysis. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a finance professional to contribute to a growing and dynamic organization.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, statements, and forecasts. Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

• Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and monitor budgets. Contribute to the forecasting process, providing insights into financial trends and variances.

• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice processing and vendor communications. Support accounts receivable functions, monitoring and collecting outstanding payments.

• Expense Management: Track and analyze company expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines. Provide recommendations for cost-saving measures and process improvements.

• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analyses to support decision-making and strategic initiatives. Assist in evaluating investment opportunities and assessing financial risks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles. Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.

Skills:

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
