The Role

We're seeking a seasoned Client Success Manager with a strong understanding of the IT Resource Augmentation industry to join our growing team. You'll be a trusted advisor, building and nurturing long-term relationships with our clients to ensure their success in finding top IT talent for their projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients to understand their specific IT project requirements, development team needs, and ideal developer profiles.
  • Onboard new clients, familiarizing them with AugmntX's recruitment process, platform functionalities, and service offerings within the IT resource augmentation space.
  • Proactively source and present qualified IT talent options based on client needs, ensuring a consistent flow of top candidates throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage the client engagement process, keeping them informed of interview schedules, candidate evaluations, and project progress.
  • Negotiate and finalize project terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Monitor client satisfaction through regular communication, feedback sessions, and address any concerns promptly.
  • Track key client success metrics (project placements, renewals, net promoter score) and report on the effectiveness of client engagement strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling AugmntX's services within the IT resource augmentation space.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (recruiters, account managers) to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in IT resource augmentation to provide valuable insights to clients.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in a Client Success or Account Management role, preferably within the IT Resource Augmentation industry.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, exceeding client expectations, and achieving high satisfaction rates.
  • In-depth understanding of IT project lifecycles, development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), and various IT skill sets (programming languages, frameworks).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to address client concerns and ensure successful project outcomes
  • Proactive, resourceful, and highly organized with a strong work ethic and a data-driven approach.
  • Experience with project management tools and CRM systems a plus.
