Position Overview:

The IT Business Development Manager at Superlabs will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and expansion of our IT services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT industry, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

  • Client Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to identify and acquire new clients for Superlabs' IT services. Build a strong pipeline of potential clients through proactive outreach and networking.

  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key players in the IT ecosystem. Collaborate with partners to create mutually beneficial business opportunities and alliances.

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.

  • Proposal Development: Work closely with the technical and solutions teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations that address client needs and showcase Superlabs' capabilities.

  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics. Provide regular updates to the leadership team on sales forecasts, goals, and achievements.

  • Contract Negotiations: Lead negotiations and finalize agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favorable for both parties while adhering to Superlabs' policies and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Proven experience in IT business development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of IT services, including software development, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and emerging technologies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented approach. Personal Attributes:
