The IT Business Development Manager at Superlabs will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and expansion of our IT services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT industry, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
Market Research and Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Client Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to identify and acquire new clients for Superlabs' IT services. Build a strong pipeline of potential clients through proactive outreach and networking.
Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key players in the IT ecosystem. Collaborate with partners to create mutually beneficial business opportunities and alliances.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
Proposal Development: Work closely with the technical and solutions teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations that address client needs and showcase Superlabs' capabilities.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics. Provide regular updates to the leadership team on sales forecasts, goals, and achievements.
Contract Negotiations: Lead negotiations and finalize agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favorable for both parties while adhering to Superlabs' policies and standards.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Proven experience in IT business development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of IT services, including software development, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and emerging technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented approach. Personal Attributes:
