Job Description

Position : Finance Executive

Experience : 2 - 4 years

Location : Thane, Mumbai

Budget : Upto 30K per Month

About the Role 

We are fast growing IT firm, looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive to manage the 

day-to-day financial operations.  

This role will be responsible for maintaining company books, managing payroll, handling 

invoicing, and ensuring accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should be organized, 

reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Maintain company books, ledgers, and financial records 
• Record and reconcile daily financial transactions 
• Manage monthly payroll and maintain employee payroll records 
• Generate client invoices and track payments 
• Handle vendor payments and maintain accounts payable records 
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices 
• Prepare basic financial reports including monthly revenue, expenses, and cash flow summaries 
• Coordinate with external accountants for tax filings and compliance 

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 
• 2–4 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance operations 
• Experience with accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.) 
• Strong Excel / spreadsheet skills 
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills 

Nice to Have 

• Experience working in a startup or small business environment 
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
