Responsibilities

Content Development

Create and curate engaging content for website, blog, and social media platforms.

Develop marketing collateral such as brochures, newsletters, and case studies.

Write articles, blog posts, and updates relevant to IT consulting, staff augmentation, and music-tech intersections.

 Digital Campaigns

Execute digital marketing initiatives including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.

Design and run campaigns specifically aimed at reaching US-based audiences in the Hip-Hop music industry, leveraging culturally relevant content and platforms.

Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.

Manage and optimize company social media profiles (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Youtube and Instagram).

Market Insights

Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

Provide data-driven insights to support marketing strategies and sales initiatives.

Explore opportunities in music culture and creator ecosystems to expand reach.

Event Marketing

Assist in planning and promoting website and company events.

Coordinate logistics, prepare promotional materials, and ensure audience engagement.

Sales & CRM Support

Collaborate with sales teams to design impactful presentations and proposals.

Maintain and update CRM systems with marketing and lead data.

Brand & Admin Support

Uphold brand consistency across all communication channels.

Support creation of brand guidelines and templates.

Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, reporting, and asset management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong interest in digital marketing, technology consulting, and music/creator industries.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
