Business Objective Get Hiffi Fan Intelligence directly in front of artist managers, independent labels and artist teams. The purpose is not merely lead generation. The project must help Hiffi discover: Which intelligence artists actually value Which features create strong reactions What teams currently pay for What existing tools fail to provide Who inside the artist organization would use Hiffi What they would potentially pay What needs to exist for Hiffi to become indispensable Target Customer Priority should be: Established artists Managers Independent labels Artist management companies Artist marketing executives Digital strategy executives Audience development teams Do NOT concentrate exclusively on the world's largest superstars. Hiffi should initially pursue teams large enough to experience the problem but accessible enough to engage with a startup. Scope Vendor will: Help refine target customer profile. Identify high-potential artist teams. Identify relevant decision makers. Create personalized outreach strategy. Introduce or contact those teams. Coordinate product demonstrations. Participate in discovery conversations. Capture detailed feedback. Identify pilot opportunities. Create a summary of recurring customer needs. Target Output Within the engagement we would like approximately: 40–60 highly qualified target organizations researched. 20+ meaningful conversations initiated. 12–15 completed qualified discovery/demo conversations. Multiple serious pilot discussions. Pilot conversion itself should not be artificially guaranteed because the vendor does not control the customer's decision. Quality of conversations matters considerably more than raw meeting numbers.
